Return Policy

Dear customers,

Our clothing items are limited, delicate, and mostly white pieces. We understand that it can be challenging to purchase clothes online, and that is why we offer the option to exchange the item if it doesn't work for you. If you don't find an item you wish to exchange it for, you will have store credit with us valid for 60 days.

How to process a return

We appreciate your business and want to make sure you have a positive experience with our brand. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges and store credit.

To return your product within the US, you have 14 days since delivery to e-mail to request a return label. Original shipping costs and return labels are non-refundable.

- Please note that the credit note must be used with the same e-mail address used in the original purchase. The store credit will expire after 60 days.

- All items that are returned with stains will be returned to buyer.

- Products on SALE are final sale (No exchanges or credit applies)

- Please note that international orders are final sale

International taxes

International taxes are not included in the final price. Customs charges are subject to each individual country and are beyond our control.

Delivery times

Delivery times are an approximated date suggested by the courier company and are not 100% guaranteed. We don’t take responsibility for courier delays or losses and this issues should be addressed with them directly. Goods are the customer’s property once they leave our warehouse.
